Welcome to a Bushel and a Peck!

Registration Window: Registration is now closed.

Pick-up: Wednesdays, 11-1

Pick-up Location: The 1st floor cafe at 700 Ackerman Rd.

Eligibility: Any Ohio State faculty or staff member who works at or near 700 Ackerman Rd offices and pre-purchases one of the packages below.

Payment: Debit or Credit Card preferred. If you wish to pay with cash, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.


What You Get:

Your weekly bag of food will contain 5-7 delicious varieties of the fruits and veggies in season, all recently harvested and bulk purchased for you. The retail value of each bag aims to be well over $20 each week to maximize your investment.

If a CSA share is just too much for you, and you find produce goes to waste, you’ll love that a Bushel and a Peck provides just the perfect amount of food for a few meals or snacks so no produce goes unused.

Each week, you’ll receive recipes that help plan meals for the week and you will be able to test the recipes during pick-up. Most of what you pick up each week is a surprise to you (except for the voted on item) and we don’t take the responsibility lightly. Each week we find a blend of your staple items, plus items that will challenge you to try something new and maximize the power of bulk-buying to stretch your hard earned dollars.

You will have access to a dedicated health coach that will help you with your health goals.

A Bushel and a Peck partners with the buying power and operations of Best Food Forward – a student ran organization that provides Ohio State students with experience in supply chain, operations and food safety experience. Proceeds from the program support your fellow Ohio State community members in need.

$17.50/wk for four weeks = $70

$15.00/wk for eight weeks= $120
